Dancing is considered a good form of cardio and all of us enjoy it. A school Principal from China is endorsing the beneficial effects of Shuffle Dance by introducing it to his students. He believed that his students needed to exercise rather than just burying their faces in the computers. So, he walked the extra mile to master those dance steps and took his students aboard to participate in a group dance event. The beauty of students matching steps with a cheery principal made us extremely proud and happy.

Zhang Pengfei, the Principal of Xiguan Primary School in Linyi Country is North China’s Shanxi Province, holds this dance event regularly in the school to raise awareness about physical fitness among his students.

Furthermore, the Ministry of Education in China has made it mandatory for students of the primary and middle school to exercise for 20-30 minutes. In Xinguan School, students practised Calisthenics earlier but Pengfei realized that students don’t enjoy it much. So, he introduced the Shuffle Dance in the students’ routine and needless to say, the students are super excited about it!
