Bowery Farm at first look, looks like a lifeless mechanical factory, but the perception changes as soon as you step inside it.  The startup specialises into vertical farming.  They have developed a proprietary software which continuously monitors each plant and takes critical decisions like when to harvest or water them.  This farm-cum-factory currently produces fresh Kale.
